A Solution For The Troublesome Rusting

India has been one of the leading manufacturing hubs for heavy and light machinery. One of the popular bearing manufacturing companies in the world is having a manufacturing facility near Chennai, India; which supplies various types and sizes of bearings to various locations in the world. Bigger size bearings or bearings used as a spare part, are produced at this manufacturing location and shipped to customer location and assembled at usage location as and when required, these types of bearings require longer storage time. Individual Daubert® PMG® VCI Film to provide additional support for corrosion protection and 

Superior Daubert® Aluminium Foil Bag with Vacuum Packaging for near to zero MVTR (moisture vapour transmission rate) and prolonged rust protection. The lower MVTR ensures no further moisture/oxygen can enter in the packaging. The special type of Aluminium Foil Bag ensures the vacuum holding for 10+ years to provide oxygen less environment for bearing to make the bearing rust free during the packed period. The cost of Daubert® superior Aluminium foil was a little high but when it was compared with bearing rejection cost it was negligible. The overall cast was reduced.
